I finally got my Amateur Radio License a few months ago, and I have been having a lot of fun with it. While I don't talk too much, I do enjoy listening in to the local ARES net nightly. I started thinking about getting my license a long time ago, and I have no idea why I waited so long. With so many hobbies now, it is sometimes difficult to find time for them all. Amateur Radio is easy to find time, because you can listen and talk to people at all hours of the day.
